During this free 30-minute one-on-one session with Cliff (owner and head coach), you’ll sit down to talk about your fitness background, your goals, and any injuries or limitations. This isn’t a workout — it’s a chance for us to get to know you, answer your questions, and recommend the best next step. Whether your goal is strength, weight loss, athletic performance, or just feeling better day-to-day, this consult helps us create a clear starting point so you feel confident moving into Foundations and beyond.
